- You are eligible for a refund of your subscription in case there have been service failures, or you have a valid concern with Resiliency Program which has been reported to our team.
- Depending on the plan duration, you may cancel your Member Account within the stipulated timelines from the date of subscription to the Resiliency Program Plan. In the event that you cancel your Member Account or the same is suspended or terminated by Resiliency Program within the aforesaid period, we shall refund any license or subscription fees as below:
- If the consumer has purchased a 1 monthly subscription plan with Resiliency Program, you will be eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription.
- If you have subscribed for more than 1 Month subscription with us, you will be eligible for a refund within the first 10 days of your subscription. Note: Any physical product or accessory shipped as part of your subscription will be non-refundable and cost would be deducted during the refund time.

The refund shall be processed in the manner/mode which is used to subscribe to the Resiliency Program Plan within 30 (thirty) days from the date of cancellation.
