The Opportunity
- Present and evangelize the Resiliency Program platform and value proposition to private and government organizations
- Schedule and conduct meetings with organizations decision makers who are in market for innovative Health and Wellness solutions.
- Communicate the Value of the Resiliency Program self-service platform by walking through detailed demos of solution.
- Set sales strategy and achieve quarterly / annual goals.
- Understand competitive landscape
- Provide real-time feedback to product teams
- Collaborate with onboarding and account management teams
- Ensure accurate and timely sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the CEO and leadership team. Develop new reporting tools as needed.
- Drive and determine training objectives for systems and processes for all sales roles.
- Own the onboarding process for all new sales personal
- Ensure planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other company planning processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS experience, highly familiar with the Health and Wellness space and ecosystem
- Experience in a client facing presentations and enterprise sales
- Solution-oriented with the ability to evaluate problems and to drive successful outcomes
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities including being able to communicate complicated technical concepts and features to non-technical audiences
- Well organized with a proven ability to multi-task on large number of unrelated tasks at a single time
- Must be self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude and able to take the initiative to get the job done
- Demonstrated ability to partner with product and other teams to drive results
- Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization
Location
We are headquartered in New Delhi, India. This role is remote W/F/H candidates. Ability to come to the office for company/department collaboration to meet business needs.
